Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the GTM team to design effective marketing strategies for product launches and customer retention.
- Plan, execute, and oversee digital and email marketing campaigns that align with our organizational goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure campaigns are impactful and tailored to the target audience.
- Manage various marketing projects from inception to completion, including events, newsletters, and product launches.
- Create persuasive content for digital advertisements, social media, email campaigns, and blog posts.
- Develop messaging that resonates with target markets while clearly articulating our value proposition.
- Produce client success stories and manage press releases for product launches.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including presentations and creative content, tailored to different customer segments.
- Collaborate with the UI team to produce visually compelling graphics and materials for both digital and print formats.
- Perform market research to identify trends, assess audience preferences, and analyze competitive landscape.
- Monitor and report on competitors' activities to inform marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Over 3 years of marketing experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating campaign management, design, and copywriting capabilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
